Change Partner


In 2006, five partners who had been cooperating closely in various consulting and training projects for more than ten years founded Change Partner AG.

The mutual idea was to find a form of cooperation in which professionalism on the one hand and friendship on the other could form the foundations of the company.
Enjoying joint success, a down-to-earth approach towards getting on with one another and trusting in being able to work well with good friends - this is what drove us.

The founding team:

  • Klaus-Peter Esser (born in 1950) contributes 20 years of management experience and 16 years of experience in training and coaching executives
  • Jörn Lommer (born in 1970) has been a process management consultant and specialist trainer for 16 years. Together with Alexandros Skempes, he teaches in the Process Management Masters degree course (Master of Science, M.Sc.) at the University of Applied Sciences in Nürtingen
  • Klaus Mieslinger (born in 1962) has been a partner since 2007. For more than 20 years he has been a consultant for themes relating to strategy and process management and he also successfully supervises and coaches executives and employees in change management processes
  • Steffen Neiß (born in 1961) started his career in banking. He then became a controller and later a consultant. He gained qualifications in the area of therapy work and has worked as a trainer, coach and team developer for many years now
  • Alexandros Skempes (born in 1964) has been a consummate consultant and trainer for 20 years. After getting his career off the ground in the automotive supplier industry, he held the position of managing director in a medium-sized consulting and training enterprise for ten years
  • Johannes von Stosch (born in 1953, died in May 2009), a very creative trainer and team coach. Co-author of our prize-winning book "Die 7 irrtümer des Change Managements" ("The Seven Change Management Fallacies")
